Ok so I took a 500 mg Tylenol (acetaminophen) at 12 today and I outline to drink tonight, starting at maybe 9 or so. Any potential liver damage problems? Thanks.


Acetaminophen has an hyperactive duration of 4 hours, it should be out of your system by 9 pm
