How bad is it to take acetaminophen and ibuprophrin at the same time?

Have a bad brumal and taking sinus med for congestion, pain and runny nose. Has acetaminophen in it but not enough, headach still there. Have Ibuprophrin avail also but don't hankering to OD or anything.
