Q: Seeing for side effects of basic cough & soar throat med that contains 1000mg Acetaminophen 30 mg Dextromethorphan. Over the token, generic. Thanks.

I'm deep down nauseated, it feels like I've got a dry mouth, the upper portion of my stomach seems constricted, and I'm possibly dehydrated... Help?

You should be larger by now, 2 days later. If not I hope you've gone to see a doctor or called a pharmacist. Account your reactions to your doctor before taking that particular medication again.
