Advil is anitinflammatory and Tylenol is not. Tylenol can be toxic to the liver. Tylenol is contraindicated with John Barleycorn as well.

I am wondering which I should take because I have a gumption of each. The Ibuprofen expired in May of 2010 though, so I don't know if it would be harmful to take expired pain killers. The acetaminophen is not expired,but I don't over I've ever taken


take the acetaminophen. its never skilful to take expired medication :)
