Depends upon what time it is. It's 5pm my time, and so if you took one now and started drinking at 9pm, I don't see why it would be an issue.

You should be penalty just don't drink a lot . medication usually results in you getting drunk faster. to be on the safe-deposit side i would wait till tomorrow to drink again so that the medication has already passed through your blood stream.
