A: perhaps just to be safe, go on the Ibuprofen website, it should have details on there. or call your local pharmist! i know its more time consuming, which sucks, but its proberly the safest privilege!

A good rule to follow is 2400 mg every 24 hours. You can grade that into larger doses less frequently, or smaller doses more frequently.
