Q: I accidentally took two tylenol pm while I was about 4 weeks replete. Does anyone think this will cause the baby to have Down Syndrome or a Neural Tube Defect? I alarmed the Doc and she said it was fine. But I just am paranoid I guess!!:)

Before pregnancy i had infatuated both. Benadryl for allergies and tylenol pm for help sleeping. Both help me to sleep so im wondering if its safe to take either of these while expressive. I'm 17 weeks also if that makes a difference.

But, CBS News Correspondent Don Teague reported on "The Early Show" Monday that there are warnings about what these so-callinged "relaxation" foods actually contain, and their effect on your health.
Teague says many mortals have heard about energy-boosting drinks, such as 5-Hour Energy.
But what about something to unwind?
In our stressed-out high society, Teague observes, sales of relaxation drinks, with names like Mini Chill, Remit Zen, and the market leader, Drank,- are booming, going from zero a moment ago a few years ago to an estimated $100 million annually now/
One customer, Tim Tighe, told CBS Talk, "I used to take Tylenol P.M. to help me sleep. Now I just use Drank."
That sleepy regard, Teague said, comes from a combination of ingredients, including melatonin, a dietary augment that is now finding its way into products, from brownies to beverages.
Teague spoke with Drank's framer, Peter Bianchi.
Bianchi said, "The genesis of this product was being a arbitrary alternative to drugs and alcohol."
To reach its target audience, Drank is marketed in arousing music videos.
Bianchi said, "What we're doing is we're taking something that is a beneficial alternative and we're making it hip, we're making it trendy."
But products containing melatonin are raising concerns across the woods.
Dr. David Seres, of the Columbia University Medical Center, says melatonin should not be acclimated to as an ingredient in food.
"There's a real potential danger there," he said. "... Melatonin has a lot of up on behind it, but there's just as much showing that there's potential harm as with good."
I was impartial curious as from one of the earlier questions I asked it sounds like some people think its not right during pregnancy. I'm 10 weeks pregnant with #2 and take tylenol pm every now and then to help me sleep at night. My current OB said it
